By purchasing a product from “Visions from Africa”, you engage in our services and agree to the following “Terms of Service.” this includes all users who visit the site, including users who are browsers, customers, vendors or merchants.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you are not happy or in agreement with what you have read, then do not access the website or do not engage or purchase any products from the site. If you have read them and are in agreement, then we are happy for you to continue at your convenience and purchase a product if you find one that appeals to you.
It is possible that we may add new information or tools/help to make your visit here easier. These can be reviewed here on this page at any time. We have the right to change, update or replace any part of these “Terms and Conditions”. It is your job to continue to check for updates if you continue to use this site. Continuing use of the site will be interpreted as you are happy with any updated information on the site. Our shop is an online e-commerce store that allows us to sell products to you.
As a business, we reserve the right to refuse any of our services to any would-be customers at any time. We operate on a secure platform, and security will always be the priority. Any information that you give will be kept confidential, and your credit card information will be transferred into a “Stripe” payment platform. This information will always be encrypted.
You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell or re-sell any of the products from this store. All designs, logos and branding associated with Visions of Africa are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without written permission. Written permission must be from the site's Management. Till you have this, you are not permitted to do any of this.
When you make a purchase, this is done through the “Visions from Africa” website. Once payment has been received, your order will start to be produced, as all orders are only made upon purchase.
A different company does the printing and packaging, but we will follow the journey of your products' journey until you receive them. The price is what you have confirmed on the site at the time of purchase.
All product prices include delivery for the UK market. As a business, we also deliver to other markets, but these added prices will be available on the site in a drop-down format.
As a customer, you have the right to a refund if you want to return the product you purchased.
In order to receive a full refund, the following conditions must be applicable.
All products take 5 to 7 working days to be manufactured and are made to order once payment has been received.
They are then in the hands of a third party that will physically deliver the items to you. We go by weekdays, so you should expect your item between 9 working days and the 12th working day.
Please note that if your product is getting delivered to another country, this may take longer.
You should always examine your product when you receive it to ensure there are no visual damages to it.
Visions from Africa cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the company responsible for delivering the product.
We cannot be held liable for any indirect, special, incident or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from or related to purchasing or using any of our products.
You need to ensure you follow the instructions/recommendations from the manufacturer when using all products.
We will occasionally offer a “Discount Code” during a promotion or to a repeat or loyal customer. These codes are not to be misused. They are intended for the particular customer only. If it has been identified that there is a misuse of a discount code, it will be cancelled immediately, and the person may not receive such a code again going forward.
