All product prices include delivery for the UK market. As a business, we also deliver to other markets, but these added prices will be available below.

Delivery and timescales

All products take 5 to 7 working days to be manufactured and are made to order once payment has been received.

They are then in the hands of a third party that will physically deliver the items to you. We go by weekdays, so you should expect your item between 9 working days and the 12th working day.

Please note that if your product is getting delivered to another country, this may take longer.

You should always examine your product when you receive it to ensure there are no visual damages to it.

Visions from Africa cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the company responsible for delivering the product.

Refunds and Cancellations

As a customer, you have the right to a refund if you want to return the product you purchased.

In order to receive a full refund, the following conditions must be applicable.

It has to be done within 14 days from the date that you physically received the goods (the day you received them is day 1 of the 14).
The purchased items must not have been worn or washed.
The product should still have its new tags on (if it came with tags.
It must be returned in the same package it was delivered.
If you receive a damaged product, please leave it in its original packaging and send it back to us. Please send pictures of the damage or how you received the damaged product.
And you must pay for the return postage.
Once “Visions from Africa” receives the product and it meets all the stated criteria, then you will receive a refund within 14 days.
